We are very excited to share the photos from Scott and Shirley's wedding. Our team spent lots of time and hard work into planning and in the end, all the hard work definitely paid off. Just to brief you all on the overall design of the wedding, we first went off the color scheme of the wedding. We then took the bride's favorite flower into consideration for all the design elements of the wedding (Orchids). The boutonnieres are inspired by the organic lines that orchids have and the centerpieces varied from table to table. We then added what all brides love " BLING" in the bouquets and the centerpieces.

Henry Wang from Lucy's Bridal did an amazing job capturing all the details and the overall ambiance of the day.

Yamashiro - Chez and Rizit

It was such a treat to work with Chez and Rizit on their wedding at Yamashiro. Chez was a very detail oriented bride with specific ideas. She made all her invitations with hand crafted love knot (Japanese tradition) on each boutonniere and bouquet. She also loved Hello Kitty and asked if we were able to make a Hello Kitty bridal bouquet for her. We had never done a bridal bouquet of Hello Kitty before, so naturally we said, sure we are up for the challenge. The result..... asian inspired wedding with a modern flare. They also had Thai dancers perform during the reception and also Japanese Drummers as well. It was a spectacular wedding!

Dorothy Chandler Pavillion -
One of our own recently got married at the Dorothy Chandler Pavillion. It was a hectic for the past 2 months at Flower Mart with all the planning and preparation for the big day. We had our whole staff our along with some old faces of Flower Mart help with the floral decor for the day. It was truly a different experience for everyone at Flower Mart. We are used to helping other bride's out with their big day, and this time it was one of our own. Needless to say, there were a lot of sleepless nights leading up to the wedding, but everyone at Flower Mart agreed that all the hard work was worth it once we saw it all come together. We would love to thank all the wonderful vendors for creating this magical day:

A mockup centerpiece done a while back. It has blue hydrangea, yellow tiger lily, green cymbidium orchid, cream roses, light pink dendrobium orchid, ivy, and bear grass

A birthday arrangement filled with pink peonies, green cymbidium orchid, green hypericum and bear grass

This was a mockup done for Laura's wedding at Four Seasons. I loved Laura's style. She wanted a bit of an edgy / modern rock / glam look to her wedding. We added a touch of gold dipped leaves with large crystals for her bouquet and mimic that theme throughout her wedding. We had a ton of fun working with Laura! Her wedding turned ou fabulous. I loved all her fashion choices throughout the night. We will keep you posted on pictures from her event.

Here are some of the pictures from Lyn and Jonathan's wedding. It took place the the Ritz Carlton at Laguna Niguel. I had a lot of fun working with Lyn and Jonathan. They are such an amazing and easy going couple. Right from the beginning Lyn knew she wanted a green and ivory themed wedding. Those are two great colors to work with! Their wedding coordinator was Carolyn Chen from The Special Day. Carolyn and her staff were on top of things. They are very professional and accomdating with all the vendors! Wedding at Los Coyotes

Working at Los Coyotes is such a treat. They have a nice view for the ceremony and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Here, we used our roman arch columns as the central focal point of the wedding ceremony and lined the aisles with the their centerpieces. Afterwards, it was transferred to their table centerpieces. I loved the colors on the cake! It made a striking image for the pictures. The contract of apple green and sunkist orange against the dark ribbon looked amazing!
